CompuClow’s concept was founded in late 1999; By John Clow from Ormond Beach, Fl. John was an Electrician’s mate with a local company in January. John had always liked computers but his busy work schedule, did not afford him time to become more familiar with the industry. John knew how to send and receive e-mail. He knew how to get online and play games. That was about it.
With a wife and two children he was not really thinking of the computer industry at all.
In July of that year John, (his wife, children and friends) went to the beach for some fun.
Jet Skiing and swimming were the order of the day. By early afternoon the fun had ended. John was jumping waves and landed funny. He had compressed his back and had no feeling in his legs. John was rushed to the hospital were the Doctors told his wife that he had some nerve damage in his lower back. His injuries were possibly never going to allow him to walk again.
After some rehab and a little willpower, John was able to walk with the assistance of Steinman crutches. Even though John was mobile, he was unable to return to his previous work. After a few months, John had found that he was using a computer more and more.
He started using programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Go Live, and ect.
John’s computer took a “Dump” in November 1999. He called around and found out how expensive it was to get your computer repaired. He decided to do the repair himself. Wow he thought, that was easy. And it only cost him a tenth of the lowest price out there.
John was a new man! He found that he was not only happy to do work for his self but his friends too. In December 1999, John had an idea…….CompuClow!!!

John decided to Go Live In mid 2003!
With only 4 clients and very little money, John opened his First website to the World. It was not what he had expected.
With this in mind, John felt the need to move on. Through the next few year, John tried many different things. But none as satisfying as working on his computers and using them to create basic websites for friends and family. With an unexpected winfall, John took his new and improved website and went live again. This time with many more features and products.
John felt compelled to make sure, ALL small business didn't not have to pay big business pricing. He made a few friends in the industry. Allowing him to become and authorized seller of Domain Names and Hosting services. He will host just about anything he creates for you. This time, it is an success!
